PROPOSE A WORKSHOP
WoDaRC will be held in Brisbane 14 and 15 November. Having seen just how much delegates want to network and look at displays we are amending the program to be more flexible and facilitate more interaction between delegates and exhibitors. In previous years we have had a solid two days program with sessions occupying all day on both days. This year the plan is to “destructure” – the conference will have a major keynote each morning and one after lunch – these may be the major discussion panel/forum sessions we host each year (National Drone Safety Forum and Australian Defence Industry & Made in Australia Forum). At other times during the program we plan to offer delegates their choice of a range of specific subject workshops, with a maximum of two presented at any one time.
WoDaRC is seeking workshop proposals and you may be interested in this opportunity:
Workshops can be from 90 minutes to half day in duration;
Workshop hosts will be provided with a conference room (seating up to 70 persons in cabaret seating layout), data projection, stage, lectern with Mic, panel table for 3 and 2 x roving microphones;
The workshop will be listed in the official WoDaRC program and presenters/speakers will be featured in congress promotion;
There is no cost to the workshop host however all presenters will need top register as congress delegates (either full congress or single day) and all persons attending the workshop must register as delegates (no exceptions);
It is not intended to broadcast workshops however we can discuss this if the host wishes to have the workshop recorded/broadcast. The main auditorium at WoDaRC will be equipped for broadcast, other rooms will not.
If you are interested in presenting a workshop at WoDaRC please complete the form below - submissions CLOSE on 1 July 2022.
