Check-in and Service Desk Times

Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm
Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm

The Check-in and Service Desk will be located outside the entrance of Exhibition Hall 1, best accessed from the Merivale Street Entrance.

 

Dress Code & What to Bring

The dress code for all Congress sessions and events is business attire. It is recommended to bring a reusable water bottle (bubblers are located at various points in BCEC), and a bag to collect information from our exhibitors.

Any footage taken by the photographers and/or videographers during the Congress may appear on social media and in Congress related publications during and after the Congress.
