Additional Conference Information

Name Badge & Conference Check In
On arrival you will be asked to scan your QR code in your delegate app or final email to check-in and print your name badge.

If you cannot see your QR code, ensure you've downloaded all images in the email.

​

The Conference Check-in and Service Desk is located in the Boulevard Auditorium Foyer and will be open during the following hours:

Monday 14 November 8:00am to 5:00pm

Tuesday 15 November 8:30am to 3:30pm

If you do not bring your QR code, please arrive earlier than the recommended check-in time, go to the Service Desk and present government issued photo identification (e.g. drivers licence or passport). ⁠

​

Your name badge must be worn at all times to access all conference sessions and events. If you lose your name badge a $50 re-print fee will apply.

Be sure to download the app to start building your agenda, view speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, connect with other delegates, and earn points to win a prize!

How to access the WoDaRC 2022 App

1. Open the app store on your device

2. Search for and download The Event App by EventsAIR

3. Once installed, open the app and when prompted, enter the Event Code: wodapp22

4. Click the Log In icon and use the details in your final delegate email to log in.
    

If you are using a Windows or Blackberry device you can access the web-based version of the WoDaRC 2022 app by clicking here. Please note, the web-based version does not enable scanning of other delegates or receipt of push notifications.

DroneTag

Throughout the conference, visit exhibitors and scan your QR code to earn points and be in the running to win a prize! Scanning will end at 2pm on Tuesday and the winner will be announced in the last session.

Exchange Details
Delegates can exchange contact details simply by scanning another delegate’s QR code found on their name badge or from within the WoDaRC 2022 app! View contact details, take notes and when you're ready, export the contacts you have collected to your email address.

Dress Code
The dress code for all conference sessions and events is smart business attire. 

​

Photography & Videography
There will be onsite photographers and videographers at the conference. Any footage taken by the photographers and/or videographers during the conference may appear on social media and in conference-related publications during and after the conference. If you do not wish to appear in such images, please notify the photographer/videographer onsite.

 

Wi-Fi
The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre offers free Wi-Fi internet access in all areas of the conference venue.
