TECH EXPO – Presenting the new Pod Format
The WoDaRC 2021 Tech Expo is a showcase of the latest drone and robotics technology and service businesses advancing the fast-growing industry.
In 2021, the WoDaRC Tech Expo gives exhibitors more choice and lower cost options using a new “pod” format.
The many advantages of the pods include:
• Quicker to set up and dismantle;
• Lower cost per unit for exhibitors;
• Located at the centre of the WoDaRC Networking Space;
• Promotes discussion and interaction with delegates.
Options
Single Pod: $1,395 +GST each
• Structure - 2m x 2m space allocation with 2.5mH white walling and a lockable cupboard with cable management
• Signage - stand identification (number). Additional signage to be organised and at cost to the Exhibitor.
• Lighting - 1 x LED light on arm, mounted on the back wall overhead benchtop
• Power - 1 x single power outlet plus 4 way power board per pod (positioned inside cupboard)
• Furniture - 1 x bar table and 1 x bar stool
• Flooring - venue carpeted floor
• Registration - 1 x exhibitor registration to staff the display (name tag, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea). You may purchase up to two additional exhibitor registrations at the staff price of $195 each
• Promotion - organisation listed on the WoDaRC website and in the Congress App
• Exhibition manual • Virtual exhibition space - this ensures delivery of your exhibition package even should you be unable to attend due to Covid or for any other reason.
Double Pod: $2,442 +GST (2 pods)
• Structure - 4m x 2m space allocation with 2.5mH white walling and a lockable cupboard with cable management
